There are microfiber cloths that are made specifically for glass, and those are your best bet, but you can try using any microfiber cloth and getting a better cleaning result than you will with paper towels and traditional glass cleaner.

If you are like most people, they rush through their vacuuming to get to the next cleaning project. However, when you take your time vacuuming your floors, you will get them much cleaner. You should take your time and vacuum using slow motion to get your carpets a deeper clean.

Know Your Microfiber Before You Clean

Not all microfiber is treated equally. There are four different types of microfiber, and they all require different cleaning. If you are wondering what type of microfiber you have, it is as easy as checking the manufacturer’s tag. Any tags that are marked with a W are meant to be cleaned with a water-based solution. If there is an S, only use solvent-based cleaners. Some tags may say S-W, and that means you can use either. If there is an X on your tag, you should only be vacuuming this microfiber.

Best Oven Cleaner for Baked on Grease

Most oven cleaning has fumes so potent, you can’t breathe while using them. Forget all of those cleaners, and use baking soda and vinegar instead. Sprinkle the surface with baking soda and then spray it with vinegar. As the solution bubbles, it works to remove the grease and gunk on your oven. You may need to use a pumice stone to get the more difficult spots.

Clean your Dryer’s Lint Filter

Does it seem like your lint filter is always a little dirty, no matter how much you clean it out? Well, the solution to this problem is a simple one. You can get rid of dryer sheet residue by simply putting your lint filter in the dishwasher every now and again. If you are worried about damaging it in the dishwasher, you can use a toothbrush and soapy water to get the same results.
