We called American Hometown when we needed a water damage restoration service after our office was flooded. This company came straight out, did all of the water extraction and then an amazing job cleaning our carpets. We were worried it would smell moldy but instead it smelt fresh and clean! We were so impressed with their work ethic and customer service that we retained them for our regular janitorial and office cleaning services too. They are truly the best carpet cleaners - they get out all of the stains and odors that our employees and clients leave behind.

During the heavy rains and most of the town of Quincy beig flooded, AHS was at the house 30 minutes we called them and that was them stopping at another house to get equipment to bring to us. Very trustworthy crew, very conscience of our belongings, pets, and children!!! Always called to let us know they were going to be in our home and always locked up behind them. We had servpro in our home in the past and cannot tell you the difference between a local owned company over the "chain" owned companies. AHS made the stress of this experience as minimal as possible and have already checked up on us to make sure that our home was back to where we want it. I recently purchased a gas station / convenience store where the prior owner did a horrible job of maintaining the floors. I was planning to replace the flooring but Sam at American Hometown Services convinced me to try stripping and waxing the floors first. So finally here in June 2013 I had AHS strip/wax the floors at the Ursa 1 Stop and I must say that I was very impressed with the outcome. The floors look very nice again and they are much easier to clean and maintain now. American Hometown Services did a great job at my store and I would recommend this local business to anyone else.

I had just bought a new home and the carpets were atroish! I was debating on getting all new carpet but that would have costed a pretty penny. I had my carpets cleaned and they look absolutely amazing! The guys came over on time, even a little early! They worked very quickly and were in and out, in no time at all. Sam's crew cleaned up and repaired a office that was left unable to occupy. It was full of mold. The walls had to be removed as well as carpet. They replaced the walls, hired a painting crew and all I had to do was set the time for the carpet installation. They did a fabulous and thorough job. Having moved to Quincy fairly recently and was desperate to find a cleaning service because the previous owners had left the house a mess + needing updates. The first person I found was terrible and spent the 5 hrs. there talking. When I called American Hometown Services, they came right away (Teresa) did an assessment and submitted it to us within I think that day. I picked which services were needed; and less than a week later Teresa showed up with Rene, and Mark and could have been might have been more, but with in approximately 4-5 hours the house was spotless. During this recent winter weather, our water pipes busted and our kitchen and basement flooded.
